Over the last few weeks I have been auditioning my ass off, working on new material, studying, practicing, writing and finally it has all come together. I’m booked almost entirely until the end of the year.
Several stage productions, a circus performance and my one act being produced is going to keep me ridiculously busy. I sort of feel like I better start lining things up for the Holidays and New Year but I might need a month off. Though I kinda doubt it.
I’ve also got a really interesting opportunity to possibly work with the kids at Youth Theatre NW. Right now there is only a shared interest and a contact. I will keep you updated!
Jeremy —
A few hours ago John McCain, the same man who just months ago promised to run a “respectful campaign,” said he is “proud” of his latest attack ad.
That’s the one attacking your enthusiasm, comparing me to Paris Hilton and Britney Spears, and making false claims about my energy plan.
Now, we’re facing some serious challenges in this country — our economy is struggling, energy costs are skyrocketing, and families don’t have health care.
Given the seriousness of these issues, you’d think we’d be having a serious debate. But instead, John McCain is running an expensive, negative campaign against us. Each day brings a desperate new set of attacks.
And they’re not just attacking me. They’re attacking you.
They’re mocking the desire of millions of Americans to step up and take ownership of the political process.
They’re trying to convince you that your enthusiasm won’t amount to anything — that the people you persuade, the phone calls you make, the donations you give, the doors you knock on are all an illusion. They believe that in this election the same old smears and negative attacks will prevail again.
They’re wrong.
And right now, we have a few hours left to prove them wrong in a very concrete way.
Make a donation of $5 or more before the July fundraising deadline at midnight tonight.
Show the strength of our movement for change.
Thank you,
Barack
More lines of republican bullshit for me to respond to.
Hitler gave good speeches too.
Yeah, and so did Martin Luther King, John F Kennedy and Abraham Lincoln.
Don’t hope for more energy. Vote for it.
Voting for offshore drilling? Is driving your SUV more important than taking care of the enviornment?
Because it’ll take 10 years for offshore drilling to produce fuel that will hardly save us any money at all.
McCain’s stance is to blame Obama for our fuel prices being so high because Obama says no to offshore drilling. But who has been our president for the last 8 years with sky rocketing gas prices? Oh, that’s right Geroge W Bush. A republican president even the republicans don’t like.
Obama 08.
Heath Ledger as the joker was so brilliant I have nothing else to say about this film. Heath Ledger, brilliant. Fucking brilliant. Heath Ledger is so fucking ridiculously brilliant. Fuck he was brilliant. I can’t stop talking about it. Fuck. Seriously. See this movie if only for Heath Ledger’s brilliance as the Joker. He is fucking brilliant.
Saw Wall-E for the second time tonight at the Cinerama. I love this movie! L O V E.
Not exactly a movie star but a friend of one of my vaudeville partners wants to break in his new movie studio with our silent play “Hanky Panky” in the style of my favorites, Chaplin and Buster Keaton. Depending on the copyright of the film I plan on having it online if at all possible. Stay tuned!
Is it as absolutely amazing as people say? YES!
Damn. It is thundering like a mofo out there…
Lucia and I ate at Hales Palladium for lunch today then headed west for Alki Beach. It was packed but there was still some good chillin spots. After that we rented Spiderwick Chronicles. Reeses Peanut Butter Whoppers will be eaten when we start the film. Perfect Sunday.
We caught the midnight showing of Wanted last night. Fucking savage! It has one of the best gunfights in cinematic history. Holy shit wow.
I am kinda digging Facebook. It used to suck but now it doesn’t.

TypePad has a cool BLOG IT application now so I thought I would try it.
Charlie and Me, my children’s play is coming along nicely!
1604 words so far!
Writing a series of plays for eight year olds. Charlie and Me. Cast is Brandyn: 8, Stanley: 8, Charles: 64, Ms. Elizabeth Thayer: 61 and Felix: 7.
A series of plays dealing with issues kids face today. From Columbine to family member deaths. But it’s not all tragedy. Loosely based on some of my favorite television shows from the 1980s. I liked the messages in those shows. Kids these days need to hear them but a lot has changed. Things I worried about a kid are over shadowed by true horrors these days.
Hopefully after I write a few of these (25 minutes each) I can get them up in schools.
